The State has revised and existing form RTF-1EE formerly used by buyers subject to Mansion Tax with a revised RFT-1EE called AFFIDAVIT OF CONSIDERATION FOR GRADUATED PERCENT FEE (Chapter 49, P.L.1968, as amended through Chapter 69, P.L. 2025) (N.J.S.A. 46:15-5 et seq.)
